Mission
Your mission: run the whole kitchen side — prep, mise en place, hot service, finishing touches. Behind the stove, you're at home. On site, you're also the team coach: you brief the servers, you place them where they shine and you motivate the troops so every event hits the mark.
- Prepare the day's kitchen: mise en place, plating, hot service
- Coordinate service teams in our partner venues (BUMP, etc.)
- Brief and motivate servers on site
- Guarantee service quality from start to finish
