Mission

Your mission: run the whole bar side — from stock management to the clients' smiles, nothing is left to chance. Drinks are your territory! You know the great classics inside out and you dream of surprising clients who ask you for "something blue that tastes like my 2012 holidays".

  • Master the classics to perfection and create new magic potions
  • Run the bar from A to Z: stock, mise en place, service and clean-up
  • Guarantee service quality from start to finish
  • Brief, motivate and manage the barman·maids on site
Le petit + : You'll be bar lead in our partner venue BUMP, in the heart of Brussels. Minimum contract of 4 months.

Compétences

Hard skills

  • Bar service experience — training in mixology or barista is a plus!
  • Bilingual EN / FR — NL is a real plus
  • Master HACCP hygiene standards
  • Able to manage a team on site
  • Driving licence B is a +
  • Able to ride a bike
