- Reign over the warehouse: equipment, organisation, order & hygiene
- Coordinate the dishwashing (yes, it's essential)
- Drive purchasing (raw materials, equipment, consumables)
- Guarantee spotless hygiene across all our venues
- Digitise, improve and maintain our processes (your playground if you love optimising)
- Manage our fleet: the vans and the cargo bikes
- Solve daily glitches (they always pop up when you least expect them)
- Gather environmental impact data — and run the numbers (zero waste, that's measurable!)
