We collect the containers no later than 48 business hours after the delivery of your order.

We take care of washing the containers once they are collected, so you don’t have to do anything!

There is no minimum order amount, but for certain items, a minimum quantity of 10 is required.

You can pay for your lunch order directly by bank card or QR code.

Our deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, within the following time slots:

• Between 8:15 a.m. and 9 a.m.
• Between 10:15 a.m. and 12 p.m.
• Between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Since our bike couriers conduct “delivery rounds,” we cannot commit to a precise delivery time (but within one of the 3 indicated delivery time slots above).

You simply need to return the containers in the same boxes in which they were delivered to you.

Each of our half-buns weighs approximately 90 g, and our jars contain 130 g of delicious ingredients. In our meal options, you always receive 3 savory portions, totaling around 310 g of food, for example, with 2 half-buns and 1 jar.

Our half-buns and jars are designed to be enjoyed cold, so you don’t need to reheat them. However, you can warm them up if you prefer.
Our soups are delivered hot or cold, depending on which option you order.
